Introduction
Zombie Couple Video ("we", "us") operates zombie-couple-video.com, a service that turns photos you upload into a short AI-generated zombie love story video. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
- Photos you upload: the photos you submit so we can generate your video, and the woman/man choice you make for each person.
- Generated videos: the video and the intermediate images and clips created from your photos.
- Payment information: purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive the order status, amount and the email you enter at checkout, but we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate your video. Your photos and text prompts are sent to our AI image and video providers solely to produce the video you requested.
- To show your video on a private link and let you download it.
- To process payments and automatic refunds.
- To email you the link to your video, using the email you entered at checkout.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, and to respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not publish your photos or videos.
Third-Party Services
We rely on the following processors to run the service:
- Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage.
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Kie.ai and the underlying image and video model providers for AI generation.
- Resend for sending order emails.
These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy and security terms.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your uploaded photos for up to 7 days and your finished video for 14 days after it is ready, then delete them automatically. Our AI providers may keep the files they process for a short time under their own policies. You can ask us to delete your photos and video sooner by emailing us with your order link, except where we must keep records (for example payment records) for legal reasons.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not upload photos of minors.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
