Acceptance of Terms

By using zombie-couple-video.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Your Content

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use, and only of people who have agreed to appear in the video.
You must not upload photos of minors, or content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, illegal, or intended to deceive or impersonate someone.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you.
You may use the videos generated for you for personal and non-commercial purposes.

We may refuse or remove content, and refuse service, when these rules are broken.

Payments

Each video costs a one-time fee shown at checkout (currently US$9.90). There is no account and no subscription.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Your video is made only after your payment is confirmed.

Refunds

If we cannot make your video after our automatic retries, we refund your payment in full automatically. Refunds usually take 5-10 days to appear on your statement.
Because each video is made just for you, videos that were delivered are not refundable, including when the AI's timing or likeness is not what you expected.
If something went wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days at support@zombie-couple-video.com and we will look into it.

Delivery and Storage

Your video is delivered on a private link. Anyone with the link can watch it, so share it only with people you trust.
The link works for 14 days after the video is ready. After that the video is deleted, so download it if you want to keep it.

AI-Generated Results

Videos are created by AI and results vary. We do not guarantee that every video will look exactly as expected or perfectly match the faces in your photo.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
